Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using https://www.zorem.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any plugin from Zorem Tech, Inc. (“Zorem”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or installing any Zorem product, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy and Plugins Usage Tracking page.
Plugin Licensing
All Zorem products, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3.0 or later.
Licenses are issued per domain (site) and are available in 1-site, 5-site, and 10-site tiers. A license may only be activated on the number of sites permitted by the tier purchased.
License Validity and Plugin Access
An active license is required to use plugin features.
Zorem plugins require a valid, active license key to operate. When a license expires:
- All plugin features will be suspended until the license is renewed.
- Plugin settings and stored data are preserved — no data is deleted on expiry.
- An admin notice will be displayed in your WordPress dashboard with a renewal link.
- Plugin functionality will not resume until a renewed license key is validated.
This policy applies to all PRO plugins sold by Zorem. Plugins are not available for permanent free use after the license period ends.
Renewal notice cadence: We will send renewal reminder emails at 30 days, 7 days, and on the day of expiry to the email address associated with your license.
Grace period for license validation: License status is cached locally for up to 14 days. If our license server is temporarily unreachable due to a network issue, your plugin will continue to function during this period. Deliberate blocking of license validation requests is not considered a network issue and may result in immediate suspension.
Automatic Updates
Automatic plugin updates are available only to license holders with a currently active and valid license key. If a license expires, automatic updates will cease until the license is renewed.
Support
Support is available only to customers with an active, paid license in good standing.
For annual licenses, support is provided for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, you must renew your license to continue receiving support. For subscriptions, support is available for as long as the subscription remains active.
Zorem will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to support requests, but we do not guarantee that any particular query will be resolved within a specific timeframe or to the complete satisfaction of the inquirer.
Support and updates are provided as long as a product remains in active development. Zorem will not be responsible for continued support if:
- The product is discontinued by Zorem
- Zorem is acquired by another company
- WordPress or WooCommerce is no longer actively developed
Warranty
Zorem plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of the minimum required stable versions of WordPress and WooCommerce specified in each plugin’s documentation.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, page builders, or browsers. We are not responsible for conflicts or incompatibilities caused by third-party software. We will provide support for third-party conflicts at our discretion.
We do not assume responsibility for any data loss resulting from the installation or use of a Zorem product.
Usage Tracking and Marketing Consent
When you install a Zorem plugin, you will be shown a one-time consent notice with two independent opt-in choices: usage tracking and our marketing newsletter. Both are optional. For full details on what is collected and how it is used, see our Plugins Usage Tracking page.
AI Features
Certain Zorem plugins include optional AI-powered features. These features require you to supply your own API key from the relevant AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or others). By using these features:
- You agree to the terms and acceptable use policies of the AI provider whose key you configure.
- Zorem does not store or proxy your AI API keys.
- AI-generated outputs (summaries, insights, recommendations) are provided for informational purposes only. Zorem makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them in your business operations.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The issue stems from an inability to install the product or get it to perform its core documented functions.
- You have contacted our support team and we have been unable to resolve the issue.
- The issue is not caused by a third-party plugin, theme, hosting environment, or software conflict.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase, under any circumstances.
By purchasing from our Site, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to dispute it through unauthorized channels.
Plugin Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, license key, and download link. You can also access your licenses and downloads at any time by logging into your account area.
Download access is available for as long as your license key remains active. If a license expires, download access will be suspended until the license is renewed.

Ownership
All Zorem plugins, documentation, code, and associated content are the intellectual property of Zorem Tech, Inc. Claiming ownership or exclusive rights over any Zorem product is strictly prohibited.
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zorem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products.
Price Changes and Renewals
Zorem commits to renewing your license at the same price you originally paid — we do not raise renewal prices. Zorem reserves the right to change prices on new purchases at any time without prior notice.
Zorem reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any product or subscription plan.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Zorem plugins or the Site for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to circumvent license enforcement mechanisms, or in violation of WordPress.org or WooCommerce marketplace terms.
Links to Third-Party Services
Our plugins may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., shipping carriers, SMS gateways, AI providers, payment processors). Zorem is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.
Website and Product Content
All content on this Site — including images, documentation, and plugin files — is the property of Zorem Tech, Inc. and may not be redistributed without written permission.
Email Communications
Zorem may send you transactional emails related to your purchase (order confirmations, license keys, renewal reminders) and occasional product and service announcements. We will never sell your email address to third parties. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our plugins after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
