All Data, One Screen
How many tabs do you open to understand one customer?
Support teams and store managers waste minutes per interaction jumping between orders, subscriptions, licences and helpdesk tools — just to get the full picture of a single customer.
The Usual Setup
- Endless Tab-Switching
Orders in one page, subscriptions in another, support tickets in HelpScout, licences in API Manager. Every customer = 4 open tabs.
- Context Lost Between Agents
The colleague who handled last week's ticket knows the background. Whoever picks it up today starts from zero.
- No Lifetime Value Visibility
You can't tell a $50 one-time buyer from a $5,000 lifetime VIP at a glance. Everyone gets treated the same.
- Slow Support Responses
Your team scrambles for context before they can help, while the customer waits.
With Customer Info
- One Unified Dashboard
Orders, subscriptions, licences, affiliate activity and support conversations — every record for a customer on one screen.
- Works With Your Helpdesk
HelpScout, Intercom and API Manager data pulled into the same view, so the tabs close instead of multiplying.
- Lifetime Value at a Glance
See that a customer has spent $5,000 before you answer their email, not after.
- Faster Support Responses
Your team has the full history before they reply — no hunting for context while the customer waits.
Read Any Customer in One Paragraph
Stop skimming thirty past orders before answering one support question. Customer Info writes a 50–80 word read of any customer — value tier, subscription health, open issues and churn risk — and exposes the same data to Claude through a built-in MCP server.
Your own provider key. Nothing routed through Zorem.
Both features are optional and off until you configure them. The summary sends a PII-light digest to the provider you choose — no email, phone, postal address or support message bodies. See the third tab for exactly what is sent.
Everything you need to know, before you reply
One paragraph a support agent can read in a few seconds.
The AI Customer Summary card sits on the Customer Info dashboard. Click Generate and it writes a tight 50–80 word read of the customer in front of you - weaving their value tier, subscription health, any open support issues and their churn risk into plain prose, citing the real numbers and dates.

Ask Claude about any customer in your store
A read-only MCP server, connected by URL. Nothing to install.
Customer Info ships an MCP server at /wp-json/customer-info-mcp/v1/mcp, secured by a built-in OAuth 2.1 authorization server. Add it to Claude as a remote custom connector and ask questions in plain language — it reads your live store to answer.

Your Numbers, Written Up in Plain English
Claude, Gemini or OpenAI — billed to your account, not ours.
What is sent: A first name for tone, lifetime and net value, order count, average order value, first and last order dates, days since last order, orders by status, revenue by year, subscription status and renewal dates, and support ticket subjects and statuses. What is never sent: No email address, no phone number, no billing or shipping address — and never the body of a support message, only its subject and status. Only when you ask: A request is made when you click Generate on a customer, or when you use Test connection on the settings screen. Never on a page load. Leave it switched off and the dashboard, the customer-360 view and every integration work exactly as before.
