Do you offer a free trial?

Since our software is an installable WordPress plugin we do not have the capability of offering a free trials. However, we do have a generous 14-day refund policy if the plugin you purchased doesn’t suit your purposes.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes we do! zorem wants to make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase and that it works correctly in your environment. We understand that sometimes there are conflicts or it’s just not what you expected. If you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Credit Card Payments.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every year, unless you cancel it. If you do decide to cancel it, your licence will still be valid for the paid-for period; this means you will still receive updates and support during that time.

License & Subscriptions

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your recurring yearly subscription, you can do so from your account at any time, in your account dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions tab, click on the view button next to the subscription you want to cancel, and in the subscription details you will have the option to cancel it.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, your license will still be valid for the paid-for period and you will still receive updates and support during that time.

Will the plugin stop working if I don't renew my license?

No – the license is for support and upgrades. If you don’t renew access to these services will stop, but the plugin will continue to function as long as the version you are on remains compatible with WooCommerce.

We highly recommend staying up to date with your license to ensure continued updates and compatibility with WooCommerce.

Can I use the plugin I purchases in a Development site and Production site?
Absolutely! you can install the plugin on both sites, and to can activate the license on the Production website to get the automatic updates.
Can I use your plugins on a few of my websites?

Our license are for one domain only. You can purchase multiple licenses, In most cases, we provide quantity discounts.

Can I still use the plugin after my licence expires?

Yes, you can still use the plugin in its full capacity even after your licence expires. However, you will no longer be able to receive updates or support for the plugin.
