Customer Email Verification PRO 3.0.2

Released August 20, 2026

CEV PRO gets a serious anti-fraud upgrade. AI now catches the disposable email domains that ship after our built-in list is compiled, spots coordinated bot signups by cluster, and scores every registration and guest checkout so you can decide what happens at each risk level. If you’ve been fighting bot signups or coupon abuse manually, this is the release that automates it.

• AI detection of disposable and throwaway email addresses — beyond the bundled domain list, CEV PRO now flags brand-new temp-mail domains and abusive patterns (random mailboxes, plus-address abuse). Review and add them to your block list in one click, so spam protection stays current automatically.
• Bot-cluster detection — when many signups arrive in a short burst sharing the same device fingerprint and network, the Unverified Users screen flags the cluster and lets you block and delete the whole group in one click. Stops coordinated bot attacks that per-user rules miss.
• AI risk scoring for registrations and guest checkout — each signup or order is scored from multiple signals: disposable/gibberish email patterns, IP and ASN reputation, signup velocity, and device reuse. Choose what happens at each risk level (allow, require a one-time code, or block) with Low, Balanced, or Strict sensitivity. A new Risk column on the Unverified Users screen shows the score and reasons.
• “Require OTP on every login” option added to Login Authentication — for merchants who want the strongest possible account protection.

Customer Info 1.3.1

Customer Info becomes the first Zorem plugin with a full MCP server, letting AI agents like Claude read your customer-360 data directly. Plus a new AI Customer Summary card that gives you a one-paragraph read on any customer, on demand.

• AI Customer Summary card on the dashboard — a one-paragraph, on-demand read of any customer covering value tier, subscription health, open support issues, and churn risk.
• Bring-your-own-key AI configuration — under Settings › AI, pick Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI, choose your model, and run a live “Test connection”. Keys are stored encrypted and never routed through Zorem servers.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at /wp-json/customer-info/mcp/v1, exposing the customer-360 view to AI agents such as Claude. Ask Claude questions about your customers and it can pull real data instead of guessing.
• MCP tools included — search_customers, get_customer_summary, get_customer_orders, get_customer_subscriptions, get_customer_clv, and get_support_history.
• Lifetime value analysis — net revenue (refunds deducted), average order value, first and last order dates, and per-year revenue breakdown.
• Efficient caching — summaries are cached per customer and regenerate only when the customer’s orders, spend, or subscriptions actually change.
• Secure MCP access — authenticated with WordPress application passwords and requires the manage_woocommerce capability.

Sales Report by Country 1.6.8

Sales by Country stops being a static report and starts answering questions. A plain-language AI summary of any date range, ranked country recommendations, and anomaly alerts that run entirely on your own server without any API key.

• AI insight summary on the Sales by Country report — a plain-language overview of the selected period, written from your own report data. Bring your own Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), or Google (Gemini) API key.
• AI-ranked country recommendations — surface the countries worth acting on: high average order value with low volume, fast risers, sharp drops, and emerging markets.
• Ask a question about your report in plain language and get an answer based only on the report data for the selected period. No hallucinated numbers, no external context.
• Country anomaly alerts that flag countries deviating from their usual sales trend. Runs entirely on your own server — no API key and no external service required.
• New AI settings tab under WooCommerce → Settings → Sales by Country to enable AI features, choose your provider and model, save your API key (stored encrypted), and test the connection.

Three August releases: a critical license activation fix, a big developer-hooks expansion with WPML integration, and the introduction of multi-product exchange plus the MCP roadmap for AI-powered returns.

• Multi-product Exchange (per-item replacement) — customers can now request different exchange items for different products in the same return, with matching frontend and admin UI improvements.
• MCP integration for AI-powered features roadmap — the foundation for AI agents to work directly with Zorem Returns data.
• WPML integration — customer-facing strings and emails are now registered for String Translation, giving multilingual stores full control over return communications.
• Shipping label attachment for exchange requests — parity with returns, so exchanges get the same fulfillment experience.
• Admin Create Return/Exchange Requests from the Order Edit Screen, with related bug fixes.
• Three new developer hooks — a request-form fields filter (per order item, product/category context), a request validation filter (reject submission with custom message), and an action on exchange child order before final calculate_totals (custom fee).
• Fixed guideline content backslash escaping — content fields no longer accumulate escape characters on every save.
• Fixed missing “Create Exchange Request” button on the Edit Order page.
• Fixed license activation redirect loop that was leaving sites Unlinked after activation.

A polish release for AST PRO with a redesigned tracking widget, a new setup wizard, and a batch of important fixes for stores using YayMail Pro or handling virtual products.

• Setup wizard on activation — new installs get a guided setup flow instead of hunting through settings screens.
• Alphabetical sorting and drag-and-drop reordering for shipping carriers — much faster to find and organise carriers when you have a long list.
• Custom columns and order details added to the Fulfillment packing list.
• Fixed missing order details in the admin New Order email for virtual products.
• Fixed fatal error on stores using YayMail Pro without the free Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin.
• Fixed settings not saving on some stores, caused by the wc-jquery-tiptip script dependency.
