August was the AI month at Zorem. CEV PRO 3.0.2 picked up AI-powered fraud detection with disposable email spotting, bot-cluster blocking, and risk scoring for every signup. Customer Info 1.3.1 shipped the first-ever Zorem MCP server, letting Claude and other AI agents read your customer-360 data directly, alongside a new AI Customer Summary card. Sales Report by Country 1.6.8 stopped being a static report and started answering questions with plain-language AI insights, country recommendations, and anomaly alerts. And Zorem Returns 1.7.3 added multi-product exchange plus its own MCP integration roadmap. Every plugin has been tested against WooCommerce 11.0.1 and WordPress 7.1.
Customer Email Verification PRO 3.0.2
Released August 20, 2026
CEV PRO gets a serious anti-fraud upgrade. AI now catches the disposable email domains that ship after our built-in list is compiled, spots coordinated bot signups by cluster, and scores every registration and guest checkout so you can decide what happens at each risk level. If you’ve been fighting bot signups or coupon abuse manually, this is the release that automates it.
- AI detection of disposable and throwaway email addresses — beyond the bundled domain list, CEV PRO now flags brand-new temp-mail domains and abusive patterns (random mailboxes, plus-address abuse). Review and add them to your block list in one click, so spam protection stays current automatically.
- Bot-cluster detection — when many signups arrive in a short burst sharing the same device fingerprint and network, the Unverified Users screen flags the cluster and lets you block and delete the whole group in one click. Stops coordinated bot attacks that per-user rules miss.
- AI risk scoring for registrations and guest checkout — each signup or order is scored from multiple signals: disposable/gibberish email patterns, IP and ASN reputation, signup velocity, and device reuse. Choose what happens at each risk level (allow, require a one-time code, or block) with Low, Balanced, or Strict sensitivity. A new Risk column on the Unverified Users screen shows the score and reasons.
- “Require OTP on every login” option added to Login Authentication — for merchants who want the strongest possible account protection.
Tested with WooCommerce 11.0.1 and WordPress 7.0.4.
✨ AI + MCP integrationCustomer Info 1.3.1
Released August 25, 2026
Customer Info becomes the first Zorem plugin with a full MCP server, letting AI agents like Claude read your customer-360 data directly. Plus a new AI Customer Summary card that gives you a one-paragraph read on any customer, on demand.
- AI Customer Summary card on the dashboard — a one-paragraph, on-demand read of any customer covering value tier, subscription health, open support issues, and churn risk.
- Bring-your-own-key AI configuration — under Settings › AI, pick Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI, choose your model, and run a live “Test connection”. Keys are stored encrypted and never routed through Zorem servers.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at
/wp-json/customer-info/mcp/v1, exposing the customer-360 view to AI agents such as Claude. Ask Claude questions about your customers and it can pull real data instead of guessing. - MCP tools included —
search_customers,get_customer_summary,get_customer_orders,get_customer_subscriptions,get_customer_clv, andget_support_history. - Lifetime value analysis — net revenue (refunds deducted), average order value, first and last order dates, and per-year revenue breakdown.
- Efficient caching — summaries are cached per customer and regenerate only when the customer’s orders, spend, or subscriptions actually change.
- Secure MCP access — authenticated with WordPress application passwords and requires the
manage_woocommercecapability.
Tested with WooCommerce 11.0.1 and WordPress 7.1.

How to update your plugins
All updates are available now from your WordPress dashboard. As always, we recommend:
- Take a backup of your store before updating.
- Test on staging first if you have one, especially for the AI features in CEV PRO, Sales by Country, and Customer Info which need API key configuration.
- Update one plugin at a time so any issues are easy to isolate.
Run into anything unexpected? Our support team is here to help.
What’s coming next
September expands MCP support to more plugins in the suite, so Claude and other AI agents can read data from Zorem Returns and AST PRO the same way they already can from Customer Info. AI features in CEV PRO get a monthly false-positive review dashboard, and Sales by Country picks up multi-currency AI insights.
Thanks for trusting Zorem with your WooCommerce store. Every release is shaped by your feedback — keep it coming.
