Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist at Zorem International Trade LTD., you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives and promoting our products to a global audience. Working closely with our team, you will utilize your expertise in digital marketing, with a specific focus on WordPress and WooCommerce, to develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns based on customer purchases, utilizing marketing automation tools.
  • Create and update blog content related to product updates, news, and guides to drive organic traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Compile and send out monthly newsletters, featuring blog content and product updates, to engage with our audience and promote our offerings.
  • Analyze usage data and implement automations for data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging our Data Warehouse (DWH) platform.
  • Optimize in-plugin advertising strategies based on data analysis to maximize revenue and user engagement.
  • Manage and promote our affiliate program to expand our reach and drive sales through strategic partnerships.
  • Update, improve, and add content to our website to enhance user experience and optimize conversion rates, with a focus on WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.
  • Implement and manage a reviews system on our website to gather feedback and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the launch of new products, coordinating marketing efforts to generate excitement and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with other companies within the WooCommerce ecosystem to establish partnerships and expand our network.


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms, with the ability to develop and execute effective campaigns.
  • Experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

What will I be doing?

  • You’ll be responsible to manage all customer support functions
  • Manage the new customers on-boarding experience from start to finish
  • Interacting with existing and potential customers by responding to inquiries through email, support forums and live chats
  • Helping customers and teammates using a variety of research, debugging, reporting, and documentation
  • You’ll collaborate with our R&D team to provide detailed product feedback and feature requests
  • Writing and maintaining documentation, guides, videos and blog posts
  • Handling fast-moving situations and one-off projects involving complex dependencies, multiple partners, and tight timeframes
  • Observing and relaying chances to make our platform, services, and overall offering more appealing
  • Develop customer service automation such as chat bots, automated workflows,etc
  • Create product demos and produce webinars

What skills do I need?

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Self-driven work ethic. Self-starter who loves to seek out problems and solve them
  • A deep passion for technology and enjoy getting into the weeds of products
  • Ability to make complex topics simple to understand
  • Comfortable working with customers over chat and via video calls
  • Ability to adapt, allowing you to teach others. You are a lifelong learner.
  • A solid foundation in eCommerce and eCommerce platforms
  • Familiar with common web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and APIs
  • You are fluent and eloquent in written English.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a passion for taking technical language and making it understandable.
  • A willingness to regularly assist with weekend coverage and some holiday and evening coverage. You are flexible, we support being able to take care of your own needs however, our customers are global, and rely on us to provide expedient support, at any time of day

Bonus skills & attributes

  • Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs
  • Great examples of self-started projects or extracurricular activities
  • Past experience in Customer Success, Support, Sales Engineering, Consulting
