AST PRO is now standalone
AST PRO is now a standalone plugin, this means that you do not need to keep your Free Version of AST installed to use the PRO, when you’ll update the AST PRO, it will automatically deactivate the free version of the Advanced Shipment Tracking and you can delete it from your plugins list.
We did this change to create the most optimized plugin and to help our customers reduce the number of installed plugins on their WordPress site.
Fully customize the email notifications
You can now fully customize of the Custom order statuses email notification and in addition, we create a custom template for the Completed (Shipped) which is a WooCommerce core email template.
The email template inherit the email Header and Footer from the the default WooCommerce settings (or from your email customizer plugin you’re using) and you can fully customize the content area (order details, shipping & Billing addresses) using WordPress customizer with a live preview and control which elements to include. The Custom Template will offer the default WooCommerce Email hooks so its compatible with any plugin that uses the WooCommerce email hooks.
Fulfillment Dashboard
Get a snapshot of your fulfillment performance and a view of all your unfulfilled orders in a centralized view.
The fulfillment dashboard will display a shipping performance widget and a list of unfulfilled orders in your store that require your attention. You or your staff can quickly fulfill orders from the dashboard and expedite the order fulfillment workflow.
Export Tracking information to PayPal
We added the PayPal Tracking integration to be included in the AST PRO and we will no longer sell it as a separate plugin. This PayPal Tracking API integration allows you to automatically export the tracking info (for orders paid with PayPal) to the PayPal transaction when you fulfil your orders. Adding the tracking information to PayPal can help reduce chargebacks and will help you to quickly resolve PayPal payment holds.
