Customer Requests Return
The customer selects the order and items from their My Account page, chooses a return reason, and submits the request.
Admin Reviews Request
The request appears on the centralized Returns Dashboard. Admin can review details, attached images, and return reason. Auto-approval is also available.
Request Approved or Rejected
Admin approves or rejects the request. The customer receives an automatic email notification with the decision and next steps.
Item Returned or Kept
The customer ships the item back - or keeps it if the "Keep the Item" option is enabled for low-value products.
Resolution Completed
The store processes the refund (original payment method), issues store credit, or ships the exchange product. The customer is notified automatically.
