Plugin Settings

General

  • Rename the “Completed” Order status to “Shipped” (Optional) – in general, the completed order is WooCommerce means that you shipped the orders.
  • Choose on which customer order status email to include tracking info:
  • Cancelled
  • Customer Invoice
  • Refunded
  • Processing
  • Failed
  • Completed
  • Custom Statuses – we will include the option to add tracking to custom order statuses.

Delivered Order Status

  • Enable a New Custom order status  “Delivered”  (Optional) Include in Reports message
  • Set Label color for the “Delivered” order status (Optional, only available if Delivered status is enabled)
  • If you choose to set the custom order status “delivered”, you can activate “delivered” order emails that will be sent to your customer once the order is marked as delivered (in WooCommerce emails settings)

Partially Shipped and Delivered order status will be included in WooCommerce reports. We also added the “Change Status to Delivered” option in the bulk order actions in orders admin and single order admin.

PLEASE NOTE – If you use the custom order status “Delivered”, when you deactivate the plugin, you must register this order status in function.php in order to see these orders in the orders admin. You can find the snippet to use in functions.php here or you can manually change all your “delivered” order to “completed” before deactivating the plugin.

Customize the delivered order email

Receipts – Enter emails use variables such as {customer_email}. Multiple emails can be separated by commas.

Email subject – available variables: {site_title}, {order_number}

Email heading – available variables: {site_title}, {order_number}

Email content  – available variables:

  • {site_title}
  • {customer_email}
  • {customer_first_name}
  • {customer_last_name}
  • {customer_username}
  • {order_number}

Display tracking details – display the shipment tracking information

Display order details – display the WooCommerce order items table

Display Shipping Address – display the order shipping address

Display Billing Address – display the WooCommerce billing address

Enable Google Analytics tracking

Google Analytics link tracking available if GA is enabled) – This will be appended to URL in the email content – e.g. utm_source=ast&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=delivered

Overwrite Delivered order status email template to theme

From this section user can overwritedelivered order status template to their theme or child theme.
If user overwrite this template than it will not take any setting of delivered email settings from customizer.

Partially Shipped Order Status

  • Enable custom order status “Partially Shipped”
  • Set Label and fornt color for the “Partially Shipped” order status.
  • Enable the “Partially Shipped” order status email – If you choose to set the custom order status “Partially Shipped”, you can activate and customize its order emails that will be sent to your customer once the order is marked as Partial Shipped

Partial Shipped status will be included in WooCommerce reports.

PLEASE NOTE – If you use the custom order status “Partially Shipped”, when you deactivate the plugin, you must register this order status in function.php in order to see these orders in the orders admin. You can find the snippet to use in functions.php here or you can manually change all your “Partially Shipped” order to “completed” before deactivating the plugin.

Customize the partially shipped order email

  • Email subject – available variables: {site_title}, {order_number}
  • Email heading – available variables: {site_title}, {order_number}
  • Email content  – available variables:
  • {site_title}
  • {customer_email}
  • {customer_first_name}
  • {customer_last_name}
  • {customer_company_name}
  • {customer_username}
  • {order_number}

Overwrite Partially Shipped order status email template to theme

From this section user can overwrite the Partially Shipped order status template in their theme or child theme.

Shipment Tracking Display Designer

in this section you can customize the design of the shipment tracking table display on the completed order email and my account section and preview of the design changes.

  • Preview order – select from last 20 orders one order that you added tracking info in order to preview while you design the tracking info table
  • Tracking Display Position
    • before order details
    • after order details
  • Main Header text – Shipment Tracking header text
  • Additional text after header – additional text to include after the main header.

Table Layout

  • Display Shipment Provider image – display the shipment provider image
  • Hide date – Hide the shipping date column form the tracking table display
  • Provider Header Text – change the “provider” column header text
  • Tracking Number Header Text – change the Tracking Number column header text
  • Shipped Date Header Text – change the Shipped Date column header text
  • Track Label – display the Table Header “Track”
  • Track Header Text – change the Track column header text

Table Design

  • Padding – table padding
  • Background color
  • Border color
  • Border size
  • Table text align
  • Table header font size and color
  • Table content font size and color
  • Content line height
  • Content font weight

Track Link

  • Track Link Font Color
