Requirements

WooCommerce Local Pickup Shipping Method: Before using the Advanced Local Pickup Pro, it’s essential to enable the WooCommerce Local Pickup shipping method. This method allows customers to choose local pickup at checkout, facilitating the collection of online orders at your retail store, curbside, or a specified location.

Important: The Local Pickup shipping method must be active for the Advanced Local Pickup Pro to function properly.

Activating Local Pickup Shipping Option

• Navigate: Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping in your WordPress dashboard.
• Configuration: You can set the shipping rate for local pickup as Free. Additionally, when setting up a pickup location, you have the option to assign a specific discount or fee to each location.

Installation

1. Download: Acquire the plugin’s .zip file from the subscriptions tab in your account on zorem.com.
2. Upload Plugin:
   • Access your WordPress admin dashboard.
   • Go to Plugins > Add New.
   • Click on ‘Upload Plugin’ at the top of the screen.
   • Choose the downloaded zip file.
3. Install:
   • Click ‘Install Now’.
   • After installation, select ‘Activate Plugin’.
4. Settings Access: To locate the plugin settings post-installation, navigate to WooCommerce > Local Pickup Pro.

Note: The Local Pickup Pro is an independent version. Upon activation, it will automatically deactivate any free version, preserving the free version’s settings in a default location.

License Activation

1. License Activation:
   • In the WordPress Dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Local Pickup Pro > License.
   • Click on the ‘Activate License’ button. This directs you to zorem.com to activate the license for your store.

Deactivating the License

Follow the instructions on your store page to deactivate the license as needed.
